We provide Seychelles corporate service providers with a dedicated courier service from your office to SIBA, BMI Offshore Bank, Barclays & other locations, using internationally approved & custom designed security systems & equipment currently in use in banking and financial services industries.
Our courier team will upon pickup seal all your documents in a specially designed re-usable opaque pouch right in front of you. We use tamper proof seals with unique serial numbers so that you can be 100% sure that nobody has tampered en-route to your destination.
When our team delivers your documents to your destination, the person receiving them will be able to verify that the envelopes have not been tampered with by checking if the unique serial number used at your office is still intact and has not been removed or replaced with another one. It is a fool-proof method of ensuring the highest standards of security throughout transit. At no point can anybody ever view your documents (our pouches are opaque, thick PVC) and our tracking system ensures that there is absolutely no chance of your documents ever going to the wrong person.
The same happens in reverse when picking up documents or small items on your behalf. When we pick your documents up from other locations we will also seal them in front of the person giving us the documents or items and you can verify upon arrival that the serial number of the seal is the same. Our seals are single use only, which means once we have opened the pouch they cannot be put together again. This security system is widely used in the security courier industry in Europe and the US.
Confidentiality & security is paramount to us
Having had experience working in and for corporate service providers we understand that confidentiality is critical in a very competitive arena such as the Seychelles financial services industry.
For this reason, all our clients are given unique customer ID which our courier team refers to instead of names on all documents, tracking systems or other. This means that even if someone is looking over the shoulder of our courier team whilst they deliver or pickup, they would not know who the client is nor be able to deduce the frequency of trips they are making.
Our team is also trained to exercise the utmost discretion about our clients’ courier trips whilst dealing with other corporate service providers and are not authorised to release any information however mundane about any of our clients.
All our couriers have to provide a full character assessment and Police reference upon joining our company and are given full security training by our Security Consultant who has many years of experience working at management level in the Police Force and Airline Security industry
Informed and in touch
Customers know that if there is a problem or delay, they will be contacted immediately. We always keep an open line of communication to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
We walk the talk – Customer Service
Unlike a lot of service providers, we actually do mean it when we say that providing total customer service is one of the most important aims of our company. We want our customers to be absolutely delighted by our service, and so far we are confident that we have achieved this. We have established excellent working relationships with our clients and in some cases what started out as a client relationship has turned into what we hope will be lasting friendships! We consider ourselves to be a friendly, informal but professional bunch and believe in taking Seychelles service levels to a whole new height. We hope to constantly improve our services and listen, listen and listen to what our clients tell us so that we can always be on the pulse of what they want.
Environmentally responsible practices and equipment
Because we use re-usable plastic and durable pouches that can be used over 2000 times, we dispense with the need for using thousands of plastic or paper envelopes associated with the more traditional security courier standards.
When conceiving our business in 2008, the A2B team researched into popular ways of delivering documents and items but we did not agree with the implications of using paper/cardboard envelopes that were (due to the security factors) only used once and then rendered invalid and therefore disposed of into the environment.
The added fact that there currently exists no recycling plant in Seychelles meant that we had to look for a better way of doing things. We decided instead to invest in a more costly alternative, because of our commitment to the environment.
